At True Classic, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Whether the size isn't right or you've changed your mind, our automated portal makes the process quick and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as your return is processed at our warehouse.
